companies. We offer standard and custom programs,

All driving lessons
are 1 on 1 with the instructor. It should be noted
that the hours indicated are the recommended minimum
course length required by the average student to be
able to successfully complete the road test with the
government examiner. Although these are the recommended
minimum hours, we can adjust the duration of our courses
to suit the students individual needs (be it longer
or shorter).

Mountain Transport
Institute Ltd. (MTI) has been operating in Castlegar
for six years training students for Class 1, 2, 3
and 4 licenses. In August of 2002, we became accredited
by the Canadian Trucking Human Resources Council to
offer the "Earning Your Wheels" full time
Class 1 driver training program. This 12-week program
has been offered in Eastern Canada for over six years
and it provides students with training to the national
standard for entry level professional drivers.
